There
are lot of people who are working on the network marketing industry, some
already left, some are just waiting to leave. Have you ever ask yourself a
question, are you really successful? I wanted to ask myself and it was a no.
Until a very experience happened to me. Let me tell you the secret of my
success.
Initially,
I was too victim. I could not get it done successfully. I was very shy to
speak; I was very shy to hear. I was almost to lose. I was a victim. One day I
took break from my job and went Argentina to do charitable work and after that
I changed my mind. After reaching their I saw that I am in such a world I don’t
know their language (On those days most of them don’t speak English, but some
of my colleagues did spoke English). Honestly, I never liked that charity work
because of lot of other languages and always wanted to return from where I grew
up. However, this gave me new power for conquer.
From
my own experience I can tell you, the following steps is necessary if you want
to become conqueror and they are following –
1.
Face your fear –
In my childhood I always feared the to do the mathematics, the trigonometry
part. Since I always ignored so, never learned. I always used to carry the
lowest marks in mathematics. The thing that you will ignore the more, the more
that subject will give you pain in life. Since, I did not learn mathematics and
the reason of my low score in my exams is the reason I did not practice the
mathematics easily. Let’s face the tougher. Always put more and more effort on
the thing that is unable to do, where your weakness is.
2.
Change your way of thinking –
You need to change the way thinking. Try every possible ways. Like – If you are
calling someone starting with “Good Morning” then people are not replying. When
people are not replying, then call them in afternoon and start with Good
Afternoon. If Call the way saying “Hi” initially, tell them starting “Hello”.
If you call them in the afternoon, try calling them in afternoon.
3.
Take Small steps –
Don’t jump form wall, take small trials. When you are network marketing do 10
call each and when you started getting calls, increase the number. If you think
this way is not working then change the strategy but don’t seat idle.
4.
Get comfortable with being
Uncomfortable – Like I said before, I did not like to
speak Spanish because this is not my language. But I know one of my friends who
travelled in India and learned more than 10 languages and he now in America who
teaches all those 4 languages and teaches on their scripts. So, we both
disliked anything other than English but he end up learning other things, which
I could not.
5.
Find Solutions –
Always try to find the solutions. If you cannot find solutions of your problem,
it is your problem, not others. I have seen people asking ques after questions.
There will obviously be problems. Well, problems will be part of life. Who
don’t have problems in life? We everyone has little to more problems in life. If
you remain victim in your life, then you will not be able to find solutions. We
all have to try not to become victim of our failure and become negative
mindset.
I
think now you know how I become own my life. You have to take clue from life. Being
